• If you are approached by the media, direct them to a district office spokesperson or the building administrator. The district office spokesperson or building administrator are the key spokespersons for the school and will work directly with any media. All media requests will be processed through the district office spokesperson or building administrator.
• If any news media personnel are observed on school grounds notify the building administrator's office immediately.
• The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act precludes school staff from disclosing a student's name, grade, or other personal identifying information.
• No photographs are allowed of students unless there is written permission from their parents/guardians.
